What information is collected and how is it used?
The nature of the information we might collect from you depends on the type of activity you will be using yeswehunt.eu for. These activities can be generally divided into two areas: firstly your registration, then making use of networking services or opportunities offered by yeswehunt.eu.
You may visit yeswehunt.eu anonymously; however there are many features that can only be accessed by Registered Users, so we encourage you to register.
When registering with yeswehunt.eu, you will once be asked to enter basic personal information, namely your full name (nicknames are not permitted), gender, year of birth, main country of residence and your e-mail address. You have also the opportunity to provide us with some additional hunting-related information. We may then use this information as part of the login process and to collect site statistics with the view to make yeswehunt.eu even more attractive and meeting your requirements and expectations. We will however not provide, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties.
A Registered User can at any time un-register from yeswehunt.eu. A Registered User can at any time access, modify and/or delete its personal information.
If you accept to be included in our mailing list, you will receive from time to time an e-mail that may include yeswehunt.eu news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any given time you would like to unsubscribe from this newsletter-service, you will find detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each e-mail.
When participating in the yeswehunt.eu Network, you will have the opportunity to interact with other Registered Users throughout Europe and beyond. You can choose to provide them in your profile with as much or as little information about yourself and your interests as you wish, starting with almost nothing (see below for details). Bear in mind, however, that the more relevant information you will include in your profile (such as your hunting interests and experience), the greater the chance will be to have interesting (networking) discussings etc. with Personal Contacts of you.
Nevertheless, yeswehunt.eu cannot be held responsible for any of the information that Registered Users decide to include in their profile.
Profiles cannot be indexed by external search engines and can not be found in external search engine result pages.
Registered Users can add other Registered Users to their “social network” as a Personal Contact, but this will only be effective after confirmation or acceptance by the other side. Both can at any time decide to be disconnected from the other.

Such actions are: to comply with legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order. To protect the rights and property of yeswehunt.eu; to investigate reports of fraud or of users sending material using a false e-mail address or users sending harassing, threatening, or abusive messages; to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of yeswehunt.eu; during emergencies, such as when we believe someone’s physical safety is at risk.
How do we protect your information?
Your personal information is stored on our secure servers, where a variety of security measures are used to prevent access from unauthorized users.
All material on this website is the copyright of yeswehunt.eu, with the exception of photographs in user galleries which remain the copyright of the original photographer, and of company information with regard to goods and services for hunters, which remain the copyright of the companies providing that information. No material on this website may be used or copied without the express permission of yeswehunt.eu.
About our advertisement policy
It is the policy of yeswehunt.eu to focus on quality rather than on quantity, and as such we endeavour to promote only those hunting products and services which we can fully endorse. Step-by-step, we will strive to improve our selection criteria for quality products and services, setting our standards ever higher in an effort to offer systematically the best possible information and advice to our Registered Users.
That is why for each country, yeswehunt.eu has selected or will select the most attractive retail shops where hunters can find virtually all items they might require: shotguns, rifles and ammunition of course, but also optics, knives, outdoor clothing, boots, gifts, hunting equipment and other outdoor gear, together with good professional advice and technical service.
This also applies to all other products and services yeswehunt.eu wants to promote: from hunting tour operators and other providers of hunting opportunities over wildlife art, books, fine food to ATV’s and lifestyle items.
While yeswehunt.eu takes all reasonable precautions to ensure that its advertisements and promotion campaigns relate to goods and service of the highest quality, we cannot be held liable for any misleading information provided by the companies or individuals in question, or for any deficiency, shortcoming or fault their products may have, or for unsatisfactory services provided by them. In such cases, yeswehunt.eu will, based on documented evidence or other reliable information provided by unsatisfied customers, investigate and if appropriate terminate its cooperation with the companies or individuals concerned.
About our “Hunting in Europe and beyond” content
While every reasonable precaution has been taken to present the most reliable, complete and up-to-date information, it is simply not feasible to deal within this section in a comprehensive way with the details of all applicable legislation and sometimes complex administrative rules and provisions governing the various aspects of hunting at national, regional and / or local level, also because these provisions may change each year or at short notice as well as have specific exceptions or derogations. The information and data presented are therefore to be considered as the “best available”, subject to be verified and possibly completed by the user when required, by contacting the competent authorities, hunters’ organisations and/or reliable hunting agencies or agents before planning or undertaking a visit to such country in order to hunt there.
more stands for MARKETING OUTDOOR RECREATION IN EUROPE and is a limited liability company (an S.P.R.L.), with registered office at 1320 BEAUVECHAIN, Chemin d’Agbiermont 1B, registered with the crossroads Bank of Enterprises (“Kruispuntbank der Ondernemingen”) under the number 0820.757.679, represented by the BVBA Arnout Vandevyvere, in its capacity of director, represented by Mister Arnout Vandevyvere.
